Wanderverse Terms of Service
Effective August 11, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Wanderverse. By using the Service you agree to this document and everything linked below: the Consumer Terms, the Artist Upload Agreement, Community Guidelines, Booking Terms, our DMCA Policy, and the Repeat Infringer Policy.
Consumer Terms of Service
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
These Terms govern access to and use of the websites, apps, services, audio players, artist pages, and related services made available by Wanderverse Studios LLC d/b/a Wanderverse Studios / Wanderverse Music (“Wanderverse,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the documents incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, DMCA and Copyright Policy, Repeat Infringer Policy, Community Guidelines, Booking Terms, and Cookie and Tracking Notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to form a binding contract with Wanderverse. If you are under the age of majority but legally permitted to use the Service, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. The Service is not directed to children under 13.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information, keep it updated, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or account misuse. We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect the Service, other users, or legal compliance.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe intellectual property or publicity rights, impersonate a person or entity, transmit malware, interfere with platform operations, artificially inflate plays, scrape or harvest data except as authorized, or use the Service to harass, defraud, or abuse others. Additional conduct rules appear in the Community Guidelines.
5. User content and platform features
Some parts of the Service allow users to upload songs, create profiles, maintain artist pages, or submit booking inquiries. If you upload content as an artist, you are also subject to the Artist Upload, License, and Platform Rules Agreement. Wanderverse may remove, disable, restrict, or refuse content, accounts, profiles, or features in its discretion to address legal, safety, rights, moderation, fraud, or platform integrity concerns.
6. Listening and service changes
Wanderverse may offer music and audio for personal, non-commercial listening subject to these Terms and any feature-specific rules. Availability of songs, artist pages, and other content may change at any time due to licensing, moderation, technical issues, or artist decisions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any particular song, artist, feature, or service level.
7. Booking request tools only
If Wanderverse provides artist booking pages or booking inquiry tools, Wanderverse is acting only as a directory, profile, and communications layer unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise. An inquiry is started by the requester and, if it clears our spam and abuse checks, delivered to the artist at the booking address on file for that artist; replies go directly between them. Wanderverse does not seek out engagements for any artist, does not approach potential buyers on an artist’s behalf, does not select or recommend artists for any particular engagement, does not negotiate or set the terms of any engagement, does not sign booking agreements, and does not collect or hold artist fees. Wanderverse does not guarantee availability, quality, payment, venue compliance, or safety. Final booking terms are solely between the artist and the requester.
8. Intellectual property and reporting
The Service and its non-user content are owned by Wanderverse or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, follow the DMCA and Copyright Policy. If you believe content violates publicity, impersonation, or other rights, use the reporting channels identified in the Service or contact us at yusufwanders@wanderverse.studio.
9. Third-party services and links
The Service may link to third-party websites, social platforms, payment providers, booking tools, or other services. Wanderverse does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, policies, or content. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. Where you submit a link to us as a proof source, our servers may request that address to check whether it still resolves, which means the site you linked to can see those requests.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service or specific features at any time, with or without notice, if we believe a user violated these Terms, created legal or safety risk, infringed rights, engaged in fraud, or threatened the integrity of the Service. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute provisions, and any accrued obligations.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WANDERVERSE DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WANDERVERSE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WANDERVERSE, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
13. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wanderverse and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement or violation of any rights of another person or entity.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [GOVERNING LAW STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Specific forum, arbitration, jury waiver, and class-action waiver language will be added here once finalized with counsel.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users by posting an updated version, updating the effective date, or using other reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms means you accept the revised Terms. Contact: yusufwanders@wanderverse.studio.
Artist Upload, License, and Platform Rules Agreement
1. Scope
This Agreement applies to any user who creates or manages an artist profile, uploads music or artwork, submits metadata, enables booking inquiry features, or otherwise uses artist-side functionality on the Service.
2. Eligibility and authority
You represent and warrant that you have the full legal right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and to upload, submit, manage, and authorize the use of all content you provide to the Service. If you act for a group, band, label, manager, or other rights holder, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that party.
3. What you may upload
You may upload only content for which you have all rights and permissions needed for the uses contemplated by the Service, including any necessary rights in sound recordings, musical works, samples, artwork, names, images, metadata, featured artists, producers, and other contributors. You must not upload content if you lack authority over any part of it.
4. No infringing or risky uploads
You must not upload content that includes uncleared samples, unauthorized covers, unauthorized remixes, false credits, forged permissions, misappropriated beats, unresolved writer or producer disputes, or content that infringes any copyright, trademark, contract, privacy, publicity, or other right. If rights are disputed, we may refuse, remove, disable, hide, or hold the content and any related account features while the issue is reviewed.
5. AI, impersonation, and digital replica rules
You must not upload primarily AI-generated music where AI is the dominant source of the expressive performance or final vocal/artist identity, and you must not upload unauthorized voice clones, digital replicas, or content that falsely suggests an affiliation with or performance by a real person. Wanderverse may request information or evidence about how a track was created. AI-assisted tools used in editing, cleanup, mixing, mastering, or limited production support do not automatically violate this Agreement, but content that is materially deceptive, impersonating, or inconsistent with platform policy may be restricted or removed.
6. License to Wanderverse
You grant Wanderverse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license during the term of this Agreement to host, reproduce, encode, store, cache, stream, publicly perform as needed within the Service, display, distribute within the Service, format, excerpt, transcode, and otherwise use your uploaded content, artwork, name, likeness, and associated metadata solely to operate, improve, market, and provide the Service and your artist presence on it. This license includes the right to make content available to listeners through the Service, create previews, thumbnails, waveform images, embeds, and platform-operational copies, and use limited excerpts or images for editorial, search, discovery, support, moderation, trust and safety, and promotional materials relating to the Service.
7. Removal and termination of license
If you delete content or close your account, Wanderverse may retain and continue limited copies as reasonably necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, fraud prevention, enforcement, accounting, and archival integrity. Removal from public availability does not require immediate deletion from every backup or internal system. The operational license ends when reasonably necessary wind-down and retention periods expire, except to the extent required for legal defense or compliance.
8. Artist profile information
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, credits, booking information, links, and other metadata. Wanderverse may edit or standardize formatting, categories, artwork placement, and metadata presentation for consistency, search, moderation, or technical reasons.
9. Booking pages and inquiries
If you enable a booking page, you authorize Wanderverse to display the information you provide for the limited purpose of allowing third parties to send booking inquiries. Wanderverse is not a party to any booking and does not negotiate, guarantee, insure, or manage the engagement unless a separate written agreement expressly says so. You remain solely responsible for whether to accept inquiries, how to contract, and how to perform. Wanderverse may enable, disable, or correct the booking settings on your artist page, including the booking delivery address, for moderation, support, or technical reasons. You can review and change those settings at any time from your account.
10. Moderation, holds, and platform actions
Wanderverse may refuse uploads, pause accounts, hide profiles, place content under review, request additional information, apply strikes, or terminate artist-side access if we suspect infringement, fraud, impersonation, rights defects, manipulated streams, harassment, safety risks, or other policy violations. We may preserve evidence and cooperate with legal process or rights investigations.
11. Publication and upload limits
Separately from the actions in the previous section, which depend on a suspected violation, some limits apply to every artist as a matter of course. Uploading a track does not publish it: every track waits for human review before it appears publicly. Until you have at least one proof source that Wanderverse has approved, you can hold up to three tracks on the Service, and further uploads are declined until an approved source is added; tracks you have deleted still count toward that limit. Wanderverse sets and may change these limits, and how tracks are reviewed, at its discretion.
12. No promise of monetization
Unless Wanderverse separately enables monetization for your account in writing or through a clearly identified monetization feature, uploads are not automatically entitled to payouts, royalties, promotional placement, or revenue sharing. If monetization is later enabled, additional payout rules, tax requirements, reserves, and fraud adjustments may apply.
13. Your responsibility for taxes and contracts
You are solely responsible for your contracts, splits, rights chain, taxes, reporting obligations, booking agreements, and relationships with co-writers, producers, labels, managers, publishers, administrators, PROs, distributors, and other third parties. Wanderverse does not negotiate these arrangements for you, does not sign them on your behalf, does not direct or advise on your career decisions, and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
14. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wanderverse and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your uploaded content, your rights representations, your metadata, your booking page, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement or violation of any person’s rights.
15. Relationship to Consumer Terms
This Agreement supplements the Consumer Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between the Consumer Terms and this Agreement concerning artist-side functionality, this Agreement controls for that functionality.
Community Guidelines and AI / Impersonation Rules
1. Respect rights
Do not upload, post, or submit content you do not have the right to use. Do not use uncleared samples, stolen beats, forged permissions, false credits, or misleading metadata. Do not misstate authorship, ownership, or authorization.
2. No impersonation or deceptive identity
Do not impersonate an artist, producer, label, outlet, venue, manager, fan, or other person or organization. Do not create accounts, profiles, or uploads that falsely suggest endorsement, affiliation, or participation by another person.
3. No unauthorized digital replicas or voice clones
Do not upload or distribute content that uses a person’s voice, likeness, image, or recognizable performance identity without authorization where authorization is required. This includes unauthorized AI voice clones, synthetic impersonations, and deceptive digital replicas.
4. Primarily AI-generated music is prohibited
Wanderverse is built to support human artists. Content is prohibited where artificial intelligence is the dominant source of the final vocal performance, artist identity, or core creative expression presented to listeners. The artist must be the primary creative source of the work, including the performance and overall artistic direction. AI-assisted tools used for editing, cleanup, mixing support, mastering support, arrangement support, or other limited production help are discouraged but not automatically prohibited. However, uses of AI that materially replace human performance, substitute for the artist’s identity, or mislead listeners about who created or performed the work are not allowed.
5. No fraud or manipulation
Do not manipulate plays, streams, listening time, saves, follows, booking inquiries, or platform metrics through bots, scripts, click farms, fake accounts, coordinated deception, or misleading campaigns. Do not attempt to interfere with moderation or reporting systems.
6. No abuse, threats, or harassment
Do not use the Service to harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or abuse other users, artists, requesters, or staff. Booking inquiries must be respectful and lawful.
7. No dangerous or illegal use
Do not use the Service to facilitate unlawful activity, hate-based abuse, extortion, malicious cyber activity, sexual exploitation, violent threats, or other harmful conduct.
8. Enforcement
Wanderverse may remove content, hide profiles, disable features, issue warnings, request evidence, place holds, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other actions it considers appropriate to protect the Service, users, and rights holders.
Booking Terms and Booking Disclaimer
1. Purpose of the booking feature
Wanderverse may allow listeners, promoters, venues, brands, organizations, and other third parties (“Requesters”) to submit booking or appearance inquiries to artists or their authorized representatives through the Service. The booking feature is an inquiry and contact tool only.
2. Wanderverse is not the contracting party
Wanderverse is not a party to any booking, appearance, performance, event, interview, or other engagement arranged as a result of a booking inquiry unless a separate written agreement signed by Wanderverse expressly states otherwise. Wanderverse does not negotiate or guarantee the final deal, does not collect the artist’s fee as principal, and does not guarantee performance, attendance, payment, legality, venue safety, permits, or insurance.
3. What Wanderverse does in a booking
Wanderverse’s role in a booking is limited to hosting the listing and profile the artist published and delivering the requester’s inquiry. An inquiry reaches an artist only if booking is enabled for that artist and a booking address is on file. Wanderverse does not seek out engagements for artists, does not approach potential buyers on an artist’s behalf, does not select or recommend artists for any particular engagement, does not negotiate fees or terms, does not sign or countersign any engagement, and does not collect, hold, or disburse artist fees. Artists and Requesters are solely responsible for their own contracts, compliance, taxes, insurance, permits, safety planning, and dispute resolution.
4. Requester responsibilities
Requesters must provide accurate information and must not submit abusive, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful inquiries. Requesters are solely responsible for verifying artist fit, venue conditions, event logistics, budgets, insurance, permits, compliance, and contract terms before moving forward.
5. Artist responsibilities
Artists are solely responsible for deciding whether to respond to or accept an inquiry, for negotiating and documenting their own agreement, for performing services, and for complying with law and contract obligations. Wanderverse does not guarantee the quality, legality, or outcome of any engagement.
6. Safety and conduct
Wanderverse may remove or restrict access to booking features if we suspect fraud, harassment, unsafe behavior, illegal conduct, or misuse. Users should use independent judgment before participating in off-platform meetings, events, or transactions.
7. Communications and records
Wanderverse may retain booking inquiry records, timestamps, and related communications for operational, support, safety, dispute, fraud, or legal purposes.
8. Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WANDERVERSE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING ANY ARTIST, REQUESTER, VENUE, EVENT, PERFORMANCE, APPEARANCE, OR RESULTING AGREEMENT. ALL BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS ARE ENTERED AT THE SOLE RISK OF THE PARTIES INVOLVED.
DMCA and Copyright Policy
1. Overview
Wanderverse respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may send a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). This Policy describes how to submit notices and counter-notices and how Wanderverse handles copyright complaints.
2. Designated agent
Designated agent contact information will be published here once registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.
3. What a DMCA notice must include
A copyright complaint should include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it; (c) the complaining party’s contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right allegedly infringed; and (f) a physical or electronic signature of the authorized person.
4. What we may do when we receive a notice
Upon receipt of a facially valid notice, Wanderverse may remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the uploader or account holder, preserve relevant records, request clarifying information, and take additional account-level action where appropriate.
5. Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that includes: (a) identification of the removed material and its former location; (b) your name, address, and contact details; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; (d) a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Wanderverse may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent; and (e) your physical or electronic signature.
6. Restoration after counter-notice
If we receive a facially valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original claimant and restore the material after the applicable waiting period unless the claimant informs us that it has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
7. Repeat infringers and other rights complaints
Wanderverse maintains and reasonably implements a Repeat Infringer Policy in appropriate circumstances. We may also address complaints involving trademarks, publicity rights, impersonation, privacy, contract disputes, or other rights even if they do not fit the DMCA notice format exactly.
8. Bad-faith notices
Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may expose the sender to liability. Wanderverse may preserve relevant evidence and refer abusive submissions to counsel or authorities where appropriate.
Repeat Infringer Policy
1. Policy statement
Wanderverse adopts and reasonably implements a policy for terminating, restricting, or otherwise appropriately addressing the accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
2. What may count toward repeat infringement
We may consider factors such as the number of valid DMCA notices received regarding a user’s content, the seriousness and pattern of the conduct, whether the user repeatedly re-uploads removed material, whether the user appears to be acting in bad faith, whether disputes involve clear rights defects, and whether the user has received prior warnings or strikes.
3. Available actions
Depending on the circumstances, Wanderverse may issue warnings, remove content, disable uploads, pause artist-side features, restrict discovery, place content or accounts under review, require additional proof of rights, or terminate accounts.
4. No fixed strike promise
Wanderverse may use internal strike thresholds or review criteria, but nothing in this Policy promises any particular number of notices, warnings, or strikes before action is taken. Severe or repeated misconduct may result in immediate action.
